Albariño to Port
Galicia, Spain & Duoro Valley, PortugalFall 2027
Twelve days along the Atlantic edge of Galicia and down into Portugal’s river valleys. We start among the stone streets of Santiago and drink crisp Albariño in the Rías Baixas, where the vineyards run down to the sea. Then we follow the Douro past its terraced hillsides all the way to Porto, where the river meets the ocean.

Syrah to Rosé
Lyon, Rhône Valley, and ProvenceMay 17th-May 27th, 2027
Twelve days following the Rhône south, from the bouchons of Lyon to the stone villages of Provence. We taste Syrah on the steep hillsides of the northern Rhône, hunt for truffles in the Luberon, and spend long afternoons in Lourmarin with a glass of rosé in hand.

Pintxos to Tapas
Bilbao, La Rioja, Salamanca, and Madrid Fall 2027
From the Basque coast to the heart of Spain. We start at Bilbao’s pintxos bars, then climb to the hilltop village of Laguardia, surrounded by the vineyards of Rioja. On the way south we stop in one of Castilla’s great old towns. We finish in Madrid, where dinner starts late and nobody rushes.
